Michigan Accident & Injury Law was founded by attorney Jeremy Tiedt to be a different kind of law firm – one that provides real, personal attention to each case. You are not a number to Michigan Accident & Injury law, but instead a member of our family. Jeremy has more than a decade of experience representing clients who have sustained personal injuries from car and truck accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, premises liability accidents, construction accidents, nursing home injuries, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, dog bites and more. By establishing trusted relationships with his clients, Jeremy is a voice against the insurance companies to get what’s right.
Hello, I'm Jeremy.
I founded Michigan Accident & Injury Law after spending a decade guiding clients through their personal injury traumas. With more than a decade of litigation experience, I’ve achieved tens of millions of dollars in recoveries for clients who have sustained personal injuries. I devote my legal practice to giving a voice to individuals and families who suffer personal injuries. I believe that in litigation, a successful attorney must not only litigate on behalf of the injured, but also must act as a counselor, friend and most importantly, a guide throughout the legal process. Give me a call. Let’s chat.
Prior to beginning my legal career, I attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received dual degrees in political science and behavioral science. I received my Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Strum College of Law, in 2005. I’m licensed to practice law in the states of Michigan and Illinois, and I’m licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. I’m also a member of the Michigan Association for Justice, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
When not fighting for clients in my office or in the courtroom, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, playing fetch with our beagle, stand-up paddleboarding, snowboarding, camping, golfing and playing basketball. I’m active in protecting the outdoors for future generations by donating to organizations like Protect Our Winters (POW), For Love Of Water (FLOW), Alliance for the Great Lakes and 1% For The Planet.
